ZEHRAQ specializes in custom-made perfumes and artisanal catalog editions based in Koramangala, Bengaluru:

• Bespoke Creations: Custom formulas with designated ingredient ratios (Formula ID: ZHQ-xxxx) enter compounding immediately after payment authorization. Because raw essences are macerated specifically to client specifications, formulations cannot be cancelled or amended once blending commences.
• Artisanal Bottle Engraving: Customers are solely responsible for verifying the spelling of personalized engraving text prior to checkout completion.
• Ingredient Availability: Certain rare harvests (such as aged Cambodian Dehn Al Oud or wild Taif Damascena) are subject to vintage availability. If a note is temporarily depleted, our concierge will present premier equivalent substitutes prior to formulation.

All prices displayed on the ZEHRAQ studio platform are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of all applicable GST taxes:

• Prices remain guaranteed at the exact moment of order placement.
• Complimentary insured shipping applies automatically to all orders of ₹2,000 or greater pan-India.
• Cash on Delivery orders carry a nominal ₹49 gate-verification handling surcharge.

Prepaid transactions are encrypted and authenticated via Razorpay (supporting UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Visa, Mastercard, and RuPay). In the event of payment failure where funds are debited from the bank, automated reconciliation triggers refund within 48 to 72 banking hours.

All trademarks, flacon designs, 3D visual representations, photography, brand identity, and proprietary olfactive accord formulations are the sole intellectual property of ZEHRAQ Haute Parfumerie. Reproduction or reverse-engineering of custom formulations for commercial re-sale without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute arising under this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
